Do you know that Rocky Lane Medical Centre is open from 08:00 to 18:30 every day (Monday - Friday) of the week? You can always contact the practice by phone.

Extended Clinic to consult the GP is on Mondays: 18:30 to 20:00 hours by appointment

Phlebotomy service ( for collection of bloods) is on Thursday morning from 09:00 to 11:00 hours. Appointment is not needed.

FAGENDS counselling service to help you stop smoking is available on Friday afternoons.

Counsellor provides a one to one confidential service on Wednesdays.

Please give 48 hours for repeat prescriptions.

Please tick the right hand side of the repeat prescription to request your medications.

You can request the right side of the repeat prescription by faxing it to: 0151 295 3966.

We do not accept requests over the phone.

Please make appointment for medication review when notified. IT IS IN YOUR INTEREST TO GET REGULAR REVIEWS.

SOME MEDICATIONS ARE NOT OBTAINABLE ON A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION- FOR EXAMPLE TRANQUILLIZERS, CONTROLLED DRUGS, DRUGS THAT NEED CLOSE MONITORING.
